The beginning
BullGuard was founded in 2001 by Morten Lund and Theis Søndergaard. Morten and Theis had a vision; they wanted to create one single product that could secure the Internet Consumer. The focus was on the broadband user who was on the Internet at all times. The broadband user was increasingly exposed to viruses, hackers and also the fast spreading internet worms.
