Microsoft partnership GFI has a strategic partnership with Microsoft - it is a Gold Certified Partner and a member of various limited access Microsoft groups such as the Exchange Server JDP program. In-house security research division: GFISecurityLabs GFI conducts extensive in-house security research via GFISecurityLabs. GFISecurityLabs is staffed with security professionals who research new areas of danger for computer networks. As a result, it has developed the GFI EmailSecurityTest Zone, that is used by thousands of people daily to test their email security online; this site is regularly updated with tests based on the latest exploits. GFISecurityLabs has also developed EventLogScan, a free online service for scanning a user's Windows event log for high security events; as well as technologies to block emails based on exploits and block Trojans based on suspicious functions. Curtis H. Staker - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Prior to being appointed GFI's chief executive officer in September 2005, Curt was president of Websense Inc, NASDAQ: WBSN, since January 2003. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales from February 2001. During his four-year tenure at Websense, he was responsible for a five-fold increase in sales, while the number of customers doubled to more than 24,000. Prior to joining Websense, Curt served at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC), now owned by UGS. In the course of 12 years at SDRC, Staker held a variety of management positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Americas Operations (North and South America Regions) and Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Operations. Curt began his career as an engineer for Caterpillar Tractor Co. after receiving his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University. |

Christopher D. Gale - Chief Financial Officer Chris Gale joined GFI from Clearswift Ltd. in October 2006, where he had been the CFO and a member of the board of directors since 2003. During his tenure at Clearswift, Chris was responsible for the finance, legal, information technology, human resources, renewals sales and sales operations functions. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years with Apple Computer Inc. NASDAQ: APPL, in a variety of senior financial management positions and was also part of the management team at Cooper and Chyan Technology that led the company’s successful NASDAQ IPO and subsequent trade sales to Cadence Design Systems for $400M. With over 20 years of experience in high tech, Christopher has achieved wide and diverse experience ranging from private companies to public and from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. |

Kurt Shaver - Vice President/General Manager of the Americas Operations Kurt Shaver joined GFI from Websense Inc, NASDAQ: WBSN, where he had been Director, Western Region (North America) since October 2001. During his four-year tenure at Websense, Kurt was responsible for a four-fold increase in sales while building up the sales, support, and channel partner network. Prior to joining Websense, Kurt was at Monticello Corporation (Sunnyvale, CA) for three years as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Sales. With a proven track record in driving sales, Kurt has occupied other sales management positions at software and networking companies including AT&T Data Networks and Bruel & Kjaer Instruments. |

John C. Kucmierz, SPHR - Vice President of Human Resources John Kucmierz has served as the Vice President of Sales and Administration of GFI USA since 1999 where he led a four-fold increase in revenue while growing both a loyal customer base and an excellent group employee organization. Prior to GFI, John worked in the capacity of Employee Relations Director for six years with Eckerd Corporation, a national retail chain, where he was responsible for reducing staff turnover by over 20%. He has also held management positions in training and development and operations. |

Simon Peter Azzopardi - Vice President, EMEA Sales Simon Azzopardi joined GFI in 2000 and has served as the Managing Director UK and Ireland since 2001 and as Managing Director UK, Ireland and France since 2003 where he led a six-fold increase in revenue whilst growing both a loyal channel partner network and expanding the London office into the EMEA sales/support hub. Prior to GFI, Simon worked in the travel and hospitality industry as a Director for two years, where he was responsible for the sales and operation of a group of four travel companies. |

Simon Reed - Vice-President of Product Engineering Simon Reed joined GFI after spending six years at McAfee (NYSE: MFE), most recently as Director of Engineering, where he was responsible for the development of the McAfee anti-virus scan engine and content scanning technologies. In his six years at McAfee he was responsible for the successful shipment of five major updates to the McAfee anti-virus scan engine and the industry’s first unified scan engine to support both separate and combined Anti-virus and Anti-spyware products. Simon has over 15 years of commercial software development experience with a strong track record of building innovative and complex software products in a broad range of industry segments. Before McAfee he held a number of technical and management leadership positions at Computervision, Parametric Technology and Linkguard. |

Richard Rundle - Director of Operations, Asia Pacific Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of South Australia, Richard formed a successful information technology consultancy specializing in the deployment of Microsoft messaging products to the enterprise. After several years of integrating GFI products into his solutions, he joined GFI in 1997 to manage the Asia Pacific operation.
